How I Got Here
I moved to WA from the UK and built my life from the ground up.
Over the years, I've worked with WA's best builders and walked 95% of WA's estates — from Two Rocks in the north down to Mandurah in the south, and pretty far inland as well. I've helped 300+ families build smarter and saved them over $2.4M in avoidable costs.
That's real knowledge. Real experience. Real results.

Why Independence Matters
In the building industry, most advisors earn commissions from the builders they recommend. There's nothing inherently wrong with that — but it does create a conflict of interest. If someone gets paid more to recommend Builder A over Builder B, can you truly trust their advice is unbiased?
I built WA Building Guide differently
I don't take builder kickbacks. I don't get paid to push preferred partners. My income comes from you — which means my only job is to protect your interests, not theirs. That's why I can tell you the truth about any builder, any estate, any contract — even if it means walking away from a potential commission.
